Bad attitude

I was in the side step menlyn today and I manage to get my refund but their Arial Manager has a very bed attitude that really led to me as a customer arguing with him.

I think the store leadership supports that kind of attitude as I found it unprofessional and I believe all the negative reviews I see about the store are true. Thank you hallo Peter for all the help.
