Bad assistance

To whom it may concern. I would like to lay a complaint against the store at Mall of Tembisa Side Step.

The assistance received from Henrietta Koka, she was rude and made unprofessional comments over the phone when we spoke to her with regards to the shoe we bought at the store.

She made us feel like our complaint was invalid and that we had no choice but to take whatever she says and very dismissive. I would recommend customer service training for her. And request a formal apology from her.
