Adidas Stan Smith - Rose Gold

<p>Yesterday(14.11.2016) I called all the Johannesburg stores looking for Adidas Stan Smith - Rose Gold in a size 5 with no success. I then sent an e-mail to the Head Office enquiring if it's possible for them to source the shoe from their other branches nationwide for it to be sent to one of the Johannesburg stores for collection. I promptly received an e-mail confirming that they have the same pair in a 5 and that they will hold it for me, this is despite being specific on my e-mail that I had called all of the Johannesburg branches and was told that they are only left with big sizes (7 & 8) in almost all of the stores. Today , to my surprise I am told that the store has a UK 8 on hold for me. This is a clear indication that these people did not bother reading my e-mails, they were simply replying for the sake of responding. I am angry and disappointed because my hopes were shattered due to *********** staff and this proves lack of customer services.....this was really disgusting and awful experience to go through and will never visit this stupid store ever again...nxa :( !!!!</p>
