BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THEY SOLD THE SHOES THAT WAS ALREADY ON LAY BYE..

I am very disappointed with stepSide store in Eastgate,,, my sister did a shoe lay bye for her son.. And yesterday when she went to collect the shoes she was told that they sold them😫😫😖and the staff was very rude... She then asked for a manager (Atlas) and still they couldn't assist,, they gave her away her money she deposited for lay bye.. And now her son will not have shoes to wear on Christmas day as we will be going to family function... This is so frustrating,, and disappointing at the same time. I mean how do u sell an item which is already on someone's name... And u don't want to take accountability 😫😫😫😭 Customer name :Kingsley ngobeni ***
