No assistance with Accident Claim

On Tuesday 09/02/2015 at 07:45 a Sidas Security truck drove into Margaret Makolomakwe's car in traffic from behind. Sidas car registration GP26SJ GP. The driver was Nicolas Ramaligela id number ***. We spoke to the manager Gilbert on ***, on Tuesday and Wednesday. He advised that their policy and that the driver told him that she reversed into him (which was not true) then he claimed the driver said she will repair herself (not true). We then ask if there is any higher management to talk to as this issue is just bouncing around. He advised to talk to Temba the Fleet Manager. We tried to phone him on Wednesday and Thursday only to get hold of him today (Friday 13/02/2015). He advise to phone him back after 30 min. We then phoned back and reception advised that he left for the day.(at 09:45) I ask for a cell number. Phoned and he said that he would first have to speak to the driver and then he should meet him at their offices. In this case it has been 3 days no resolution from anyone and no processes advised to follow. This is upsetting the back window is broken, this is a risk to drive like this, as this is her only car. No one want to take responsibility till today
