Sicon Group - Roofing and Waterproofing ****

If you want contractors that'll take thousands from you and not deliver a service as requested, Sicon Group is the place to go. It was the 10th of June 2022 when we had requested that someone from this company comes and checks our roof as we had just moved into a new house knowing that the roof had leaks but we weren't entirely sure where so the right thing to do would be to call roofing and waterproofing experts to check this out for us. Little did we know that we were inviting unprofessional and ********* people into our home. We had specifically requested to have the ENTIRE roof checked so that it would be sealed and there wouldn't be any water coming through in the rainy season. Sean and his mate Johnny decided that they would only focus on a portion of the roof and "fix" valleys and whatever else they claim to have fixed then charge us thousands and leave only to return in November after countless messages were sent to Johnny about a cracked tile that was spotted in the living room. Still, Sean shows up on a rainy day with no ladder and empty promises. What exactly are you planning on doing if you come to check someone's roof without a ladder? He then goes on to tell us that the tiles are placed incorrectly and the roof needs to be painted with whatever waterproofing rubber paint and BEHOLD - the valley that Johnny claims to have fixed has water coming right through splashing Sean in the face while telling lies. If in fact there were all these issues in the beginning, why didn't the roofing and waterproofing experts spot them? Are we supposed to tell them what to do and still pay them? Dear Johnny was then meant to come by on Wednesday 09 November 2022 or Thursday 10th to fix his mess as the rain would've stopped by then... did he pitch? No. Did he communicate? No. It is Thursday afternoon and we are sitting in a flooded house because Sicon Group hired a bunch of ******.
