Bad service from Lanseria team

Worst company I have ever in my life had to work with! Think about the most terrible customer you've ever experienced and multiply by a hundred. Their service is so terrible that I created a Hello Peter account purely to rate them poorly and save the next person from dealing with them. I cannot complain about their service as their is none. If you are in the market for dimensioning systems, pay a little extra and go for a proper brand such as Mettler Toledo. Buying their product was the biggest mistake ever. Nothing wrong with what they sell but absolutely no after sales support, no response to queries and even when you want to give them more money they cannot even quote you on an SLA. Avoid, avoid, avoid...
