Repayment people you borrow cash from

The Doctor Mtshatsheni who resides in East London who has a medical practise in Mdantsane East London Eastern Cape, had a business called BAR KULCHA. <br> <br> At the time of me coming into being, this bar was not doing well at all. He had financial problems with his practise and this particular Bar in question. He borrowed to the some of R9000 over a period of four months in cash from me in my personal capacity to help sustain his business.<br> <br> unbeknown to me he sold that bar and never repaid me my money. He is adamant that he knows nothing about the lending yet he was there personally when his bar manager collected the cash from me and he would humbly thank me thereafter.<br> <br> It has been a year now and I have yet to see my money repaid.
