PENSION MONEY DEDUCTED BY EMPLOYER BUT NOT PAID TO PENSION FUND

<p>My name is Fikile Bayitane I was employed by Sibongile Security Services since November 2013. They deducted on a monthly basis pension from my salary to pay over to my pension fund (Private Security Sector Pension Fund) which is administrated by ABSA. The employer paid one month's contributions to the fund and since then nothing more. When I resigned from the company I was informed by the fund that there was no money to pay me as the contributions were never received. I reported the situation to the Pension fund Adjudicator and it was ruled that the money should be paid to me within 2 weeks. That was already November 2015. I worked for all this time for NOTHING! There are a lot of people in the same situation an nobody is helping us!</p>
