My recent experience with Nhlanhla and Sibanyoni Real Estate was exceptional. The rental team are helpful and very hands on, very quick to respond to any queries and their wealth of knowledge and advice saved me thousands of rands in what would have been a grave mistake.

I found their tenant vetting process very rigorous and comprehensive, they placed an excellent tenant for me who had great affordability and credit history. The way the team did their reference checks was very professional and a breath of fresh air compared to the previous well known agency I used which was a nightmare.

Sibanyoni Real Estate also helped me sell another one of my properties in under 3 weeks. Their marketing was unconventional, laser focused and it worked. The calibre of buyers they brought were all prequalified and very serious that we ended up with a bidding war and more money in my pocket.
