Amazing service

We had a viewing with Nhlanhla and we got approval for the house he had listed. Communication was great, approval was fast then the let down came from the landlord who decided that she’s retracting her listing and no longer letting the property out on the day before our move-in date. Nhlanhla informed us about the inconvenience the landlord has caused. Hearts shattered and heavily disappointed, it was almost close of business when we received the news. Nhlanhla was transparent about everything and in that same moment he had already given us other similar options to choose from in order to salvage the situation at hand we were all faced with. It was almost evening and there was very little we could do to sort it on that day as we were picky with the options. The following day, we made contact with an option we were happy with and he was happy to make arrangements for us so quickly and he refunded us the full payment that we made so we can pay forward at the next place.
