BAD SERVICE

On Wednesday the 2nd of June 2021 I waited for Sibanye Bus from Atlantis Witsand to Cape town CBD. When the bus arrived I payed with R50 and the bus driver shouted at me and chasing me away telling me that he don't have change.I took R20 from the guy who was behind me and pay for 2 on that R50 and the change supposed to be R12 and still chase me away telling me he don't have change but he was holding R10 and R20 on his hands.He told me to get out of the bus and wait for another bus which I have to wait for an hour to get another bus. The other guy came from the back seat and gave R20 to pay and repay him when I get off at the CBD station because he was also going to town.I was so embarassed to be shouted like that infront of people and when I heard from people in the bus when they chatting they said they do that every day.Their service sucks please help me to resolve this matter so that they will stop doing it to the next person.
