Urgency

I have just found out I opened an account on 18 june 2020 with SIAS ADMINISTRATION (Outsurance)I got this information when I checked my credit score,I have no knowledge of what is this company,it my first time learning about them I have never in my life opened and account or communicated with them,kindly assist me as it affects my credit score reflecting a bad name on my name.I’m really stressed to learn about this administration
