Sias administration

I checked my credit score this morning. To my surprise I see this overdue amount of R300 and some odds. I was with outsurance a long time ago and I don't owe anything to them. Dear sias administration team please remove this. I don't know why it suddenly pops up when I have cut ties with you a long time ago. This is upsetting but I won't be rude I just need this cleared off please
