False credit listings

Hi, I have a negative listing on my name for SIAS administration and I have never had any dealings with you or were never informed by Outsurance or any other insurer that there will be a listing for SIAS, I canceled the insurance as it was not suitable. Why report something that's not a credit facility and state that I am in arrears, as far as I am aware insurance products are prepaid in advance for cover and no credit is extended, I can understand a normal listing which will assist credit providers with affordability scoring, but to show that I am in arrears for something I don't know anything about and for a company that provide a prepaid service??? Please can this listing be removed.
