Terrible experience with face wax and disgusting employee behavior

I went through to Siami Massage for a full face wax and a lady by the name of Euna Mabreaks attended to me. As I was laying flat, she burnt my skin (I felt the pain but couldn't see anything and trusted her to know what she was doing) and continued until she finished the job. When I looked into the mirror, she said that my skin was worse when she got started, which lead me to think that she purposely burned me. She also started to apply lotion on my skin after I just suffered fresh burns. During the waxing, she dropped wax on my top as well. I left and came back the next day to complain and show her the damage done to my skin. Firstly, she **** about her being the boss over there at Siami and gave me incorrect details of her name and surname. She refused to give me a refund and when I mentioned that she will be liable for any skin treatment I may have to undergo as a result of what she had done, she made a ****** comment saying "Ay you Indians". The phone line at Siami isn't working and, I have emailed the company with my complaint and pictures of my skin and still have not yet received a response. I was not refunded till now and the Managers do not speak/understand English. As a result of Euna Mabreaks pathetic customer service and her unprofessional-ism, I suffered skin burns and scarring and, had to incur costs in treating my skin. This was a terrible experience and I will never go back there nor will I recommend any female to trust this place with their face especially. Don't take the chance!!
