Sia CT is terrible

I purchased a jacket for my Mom. I had the same thing, was told delivery in 3-5 days and it took 2 weeks. The size is wrong, I have tried to get them to send me the return form which is what they say online. The automated reply comes back continuously. I’ve tried asking Buffalo couriers that delivered the jacket if they have an address to return the item they delivered and they also do not reply. Do not spend your money with this company.
