SIA Cape Town false advertising

I ordered what was advertised as leather boots from SIA Cape Town, paid R787.55 on 20/09/2023, it was advertised on FB at a discounted price. A further amount of R15.75 was also deducted from my account that I gave NO authorization for. The boots arrived 19/10/2023 after several follow ups. The items received was not what was described on their FB adverti*****t. It was described as leather with wool interiors and rubber soles that you can walk in the snow with, lovely pictures but all false advertising. I noticed, after I ordered and paid, the adverti*****t never came up on my FB page again. I complained to them, the answer I got was: "Thank you for your email. We always welcome feedback from our customers as we are always looking for ways to improve our services." The Chinese imported red boots I received was manufactured with the cheapest materials and impossible to wear as the openings into the shoes are too small to get your feet into the shoe. Even the laces are made of cheap material and is thin. The minute I received the poorly packed parcel, I new I was ****med as it was as light as a feather!! False advertising at its worst, be warned!! SIA Cape Town you should be ashamed!!!
