FALSE ADVERTISING AND POOR QUALITY - Sia Capetown

I would give a minus if i could. As per some of the other reviews, they are guilty of false advertising. I ordered what was advertised as leather boots from SIA Cape Town, paid R746.10 on 14/10/2023, it was advertised on FB at a discounted price. I asked to cancel my order because shipment was not from Cape Town and this was the response:

Thank you for your email. As much as we would like to assist you with the cancellation, we have checked with our warehouse team and it appears that your order has already been shipped therefore we can no longer process your request. We are very sorry if we are not able to cancel it for you and we hope for your kind understanding on this matter. Sincerely, Customer Support - Decyerly

The boots arrived 27/10/2023 after several follow ups. The items received was not what was described on their advert. It was described as leather with wool interiors and rubber soles that you can walk in the snow with, lovely pictures but all false advertising. The Chinese imported tan boots I received was manufactured with the cheapest materials and impossible to wear as the openings into the shoes are too small to get your feet into the shoe. Even the laces are made of cheap material and is thin. SIA Cape Town you should be ashamed, reported and closed down!
