Don't be duped by this business!!

Firstly this online business is called Sia Cape Town, but it is a Chinese based business. All the details on their website makes you believe that they are a local business (even a co.za email address), but only after ordering and receiving the tracking information, did I realise the product is coming from China. The product I ordered was advertised as a leather boot, with a solid sole and the product I received is a synthetic boot with a foam sole. The quality is TERRIBLE! and nothing close to what was advertised. When I made enquires to return the product, I was told I can return it at my own cost, paying for courier costs back to China, only once they received the product back would they refund me. Please don't be duped by this business. They also have other sites which they sell the same products from and also intentionally mislead consumers to believing they are local, when they are not.
