BE WARNED NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS SIA CAPE TOWN
The goods received are so not what was advertised. Cheap Quality and not stretchy****!! Way overpriced. I emailed them and sent complaint on website that advertises hassle free return to say I wanted to return the goods for refund. They told me to email them back to say why, which I already explained in my first email (signs that this is an auto response) and they said they will then put me in contact with customer services (even though they are customer services) for details on how to return the goods. This has not happened. They have given me 14 days to return the goods but with no return address details!!!!!!!... well I feel this will not happen without them coming back to me... right!

It is Saturday today….how on earth does this company expect a customer from Cape Town SA to get the items back to China within their ridiculous time period. The SIA order website said Sia Cape Town?? And also said at the bottom of the website that returns could be done in 30 days.
Obviously they know this…. so not only will the items reach China after the unrealistic time period of now 14 days they will have the items then in your possession and my money in your bank account.
Why do they advertise Sia Cape Town if the order cannot be returned to a Cape Town address?
Typical misleading and disgusting example of why we South Africans should not support products from direct marketing from China.
I would like this company to send me a local Cape Town address to which I can send these items that I received which where poor quality and nothing like the advert suggested.
