Worst service I have Ever Had

The Owner of Sia Vunda Electrical has no communication s****s , get a quote before allowing him to start. Mid November 2018 my wife contacted Sia Vunda Electrical to do a repair on one of our electric stoves , The owner arrived and just went ahead with the repair , when my wife arrived home the job was completed ,and she was handed an Invoice for R1,580.00 after my wife complained that he had not phoned or given us a quotation ,He then dropped the price down to R1,200.00 he told my wife that the switch he had replaced was very expensive and the reason he did not contact us because he knew my wife would not accept the price. we where then notified by our tenant that the stove was still not functioning, this company has been paid in full , and after contacting Tony for a refund , I was told that this is not going to happen.
