paid two months ago no product

I'm really disgusted@ the level this organisation or group is runned,I placed a order for clear skin product With the consultant two months ago I was told I must pay cash before I can get the product because of a account which was locked and the only way for me to receive my goods is to pay cash which is now 2 months ago, I enquired with the team leader of the group and she assured me I will get my product.she made countless trips to collect my product only to be told a certain women sumaya clarke made a mistake with my order,I was gracefull enough to let it go and gave them time to correct the mistake,only to be told on the 29-04-2015 I can't get my product which I paid for because my order is still not fixed going in for 3months which I paid and still waiting for my order.very bad business practise from the shizen butterfly group I want my money back after 3months of being patient.I will take my business else where I will spread this word across all social networks about this bad organisation
