Bad, unprofessional service from Shyloks3 Melkbosstrand. I can not recommend them for Brazilian Blowout treatments

I received very bad and unprofessional service from Shyloks3 Melkbosstrand on 29 September 2020. I had a Brazilian Blowout done. My Brazilian treatment was not done right and my R1250.00 was literally washed down the drain because the stylist did not know the product and application of the product . The owner phoned me 2 days ago and atmitted that she made a mistake with the application of the product after he went on the Brizilian website to confirm it. He said he is not a hairdresser and does not know everything. He told me he is unhappy with the stylist and he offered me, to re-do my Brazilian after 2 months with another stylist. I reject /decline his offer as I feel the right thing will be to refund me, but he was not willing although he said he will compensate me but up to today 3 October 2020 he did not do so or made any effort or arrangements to do so. I feel to re-do the treatment so soon will be bad for my hair and was not willing to risk that. I had a bad experience and I do not trust them. I will not go back to them even if they the only hair salon left in Melkbosstrand. Luckily we have several excellent salons, it was my bad choice to choose Shyloks3. I had many Brazilian treatments before, and it normally last up to 6 months. I have all the Brazilian products like, shampoo, conditioner and mask to maintain my hair at home. The stylist only flat iorned my hair 3 times, instead of 10 to 16 times, we all know this is the most important part of a Brazilian, the stylist even atmitted it, but yet she only did it 3 times after I asked her about it, she wash out the product twice vigorously at the basin instead of only to rinse out the product. I asked her not to wash out the product but she refused to listen to me. I had many Brazilian treatments before and this one at Shyloks3 was the worse one ever. I spoke to the Brazilian Rep and I was told a good Brazilian that's done properly will last between 4 and 6 months. I was told by the Rep that my Brazilian won't even last a month due to the wrong application and that the product was washed out. The owner told me he can not guarantee their Brazilian for longer than 2 months. Well that said it all !! They did not tell me that when I made my appointment, because if I knew that, I would not have done the Brazilian with them. A good Brazilian last up to 4 to 6 months. The owner does not take responsibility for the unprofessional service I received. The one day he say this and the next day he say something else. I can not understand him, his story differs every time. He knows he is in the wrong, he admitted that already but yet he changed his story time and time again. Wynand the owner, already admited the stylist did not apply the product right, washed out the product and waisted my money and offered to re-do the Brazilian. I will not go to Shyloks3 to re-do the Brazilian. I do not feel comfortable even with a different stylist. My advice to other people is to read all the reviews good or bad, before you choose to make an appointment at a hairsalon. Although I went prior to my appointment to speak to the owner and stylist to find out what the prosedure will be and that did not help me. I can not recommend Shyloks3, I am a very unhappy customer and the owner say he is sorry but he does not do anything about it. I made a bad choice to choose Shylocks 3 and I lost R1250. Another thing to mention is Covid is still with us very much, Shyloks3 have no safety measures in place to protect there clients. No sanitizer for your hands, neither did I see that they sanitize the basin or chair that I sat on, nor did they took my temperature. My overall experience was bad and I am not a happy customer.
