Worst service experience

I had taken my father and family to Shwabiner yesterday 21 June. We had arrived at 12 and the restaurant was not bust at this stage. Firstly we ordered coffees to begin, they arrived 40 mins late, were incorrect, cold with no saucers. The starters arrived late and one of them being soup was cold, the 'Potato dumplings' were big ***** of pap (they tasted like maize not potato). The mains arrived with the starters still on our table not giving the starters time to settle and the ALL the mains were cold. We asked for new hot food and they arrived with re-heated plates including my salad!! I am not a fan of hot limpy lettuce salad and the eggs on the Schnitzels became like rubber door stops! My sister went to the bathroom to find no toilet paper and when she asked someone the response was \oh well then there is no toilet paper."The bill took another 20 minutes along with the card machine coming another 15 minutes later. I used to ALWAYS recommend this place to clients"
