Shuttle on Kent - USELESS & CAN'T BE TRUSTED!

I contacted this 'company' as I needed transport to and from work both ways from Tuesday, 11 December until Friday, 14 December. After speaking to Chesney (who runs everything) over Whatsapp and confirming I need both trips both ways he then sends me an invoice for R500, which I paid. I then get picked in the afternoon as agreed. As we reach my house and as I'm about to climb out outside my house, I then confirm the time with him for the next morning's pick him. He then seems confused and states that I only wanted an afternoon trip and that is what he billed. I told him no, I needed BOTH ways pick up which I told him NUMEROUS time. He then told me he will send an another when he gets home. Not even a hour later do I get a Whatsapp message that he wants my account details to reimburse me the rest of my money. I was a bit confused and then told him to take the balance of what I have paid off the cost of the rest of the week's new amount. He then send a RUDE message in response that "I don't read invoices! and that he is terminating the service". First off, this is NO WAY to deal with a client! Secondly, the mistake was on HIS part cause he doesn't listen! Due to this, I was left stranded with no transport because of this LAZY and inempt 'company'!
