Disgusting service from Shuttle Namibia

My mother and I were transported from Windhoek to the Hosea Kutako International Airport in Namibia this morning, by Shuttle Namibia. The driver, Larry, arrived with another person in the car and the boot already full. When asked where we were supposed to put our luggage, he became agitated and said that it was our fault for not letting him know beforehand that we would have luggage. So Shuttle Namibia, with its many years of \experience"has not yet realised that people going to the airport generally tend to have luggage...<br> <br> A shuttle bus had to be called to transport the other passenger and my mother and I went with Larry. He talked on his phone while driving for most of the journey"
