Shutterworld’s **** Service

<p>I asked&nbsp;**** to install my window bars on the 13 Feb 2019 at 9am and paid the R1700 up front - he agreed to this date and time. On the day: I wait for him, and eventually decide to call him as it is long past 9am. He says his team had another job and that they could only make it later. Load shedding occurs and they show up at 1/2pm approximately stating that they cannot install the window bars as they use elerictrical appliances. We then arrange for the installation to occur on Wednesday 20 Feb 2019. SAME STORY AGAIN: doesn&rsquo;t show up at the designated time. Now highly irritated, I begin to call him and he doesn&rsquo;t take my calls let alone reply to my messages!!! Eventually, he returns a call to my mother at 12pm stating that he left his phone at home and that his team couldn&rsquo;t come - &ldquo;they let him down&rdquo;. After my mother had a few words with him he then organized for a team to come at 1:45pm to finally install my window bars. The above experience shows that&nbsp;*** is extremely unprofessional, unconcerned about other people&rsquo;s time, and is willing to take your money and decide when he feels like doing the job. I would not recommend Shutterworld to anyone. Terrible service !!!!</p>
