Irregular Activity on my Account

I received an email from Shutterstock informing me of irregular activity picked up on my account after I noticed downloads on my profile over the last month or two which I definitely didn't choose. My profile also switched to a language I don't recognize or understand. I emailed them for assistance and asked for the downloads which I didn't purchase to be removed. They responded saying they are unable to detect any indicators of ***** on my account and no further action will be taken. I am VERY disappointed as the 5 downloads I have been ****** of is half of a month's subscription. There was irregular activity - they even notified me.
