Around the 4 March '24 I asked Angelique of Shutters&more to install shutters in my house. She did install the previous shutters very well. On the basis of her previous work, I trusted her after U told her that she has a bad review. She promised to do justice and I trusted her. During the payment period I began to feel unease at the way she demanded money. I expressed my concern to her. She said it's the policy of the new company she is working for. Money was paid into a Wessels which was not the usual case as payment is normally paid to the company name. However, I paid in full after a struggle of some kind. She assured me all the way that her company was okay. The company has no website. When I asked she said it is going to be up soon. To-date there is no website. On the day the shutters were installed I allowed them to fo so with full trust that quality work is done. On closer observation we identified so many differences that reduced the quality of work. I phoned her immediately complaining that I cannot pay R58 000 for such work. After lengthy deliberations she said she is sending the supplier to see my complaint as I demanded that she either do the correct thing OR refund my money. It's been long now following her. She is not responding to my phones nor emails. I am asking for help from this Angelique. Either she does the Garrett shutters together with her supplier OR refund my money and take away these shutters. Please come to my aid. My loyalty to Angelique has cost me so much of inferior work done here. It's hardly three month she is refusing her installer to come and assist with the loose shutter rib. Please help me.
