Very bad service, very unprofessional.

I'm so disappointed with this company, I'm being taken from pillar to post. We took our family photos on the 27th of February 2015, we were promised we will get our pictures in about 7days.(which is more then enough time cos we have had a professional family shoot before and got our pics the same day)<br> Well, almost 12 months later we are still waiting for our photos.<br> Odette Putzier (the owner) just keeps making empty promises, or she will just outright ignore your calls and emails.<br> <br> Will definitely not be using them again or recommending to anyone. Still waiting for our pics which have already been paid for...
