Transferred from pillar to post

My husband and I bought a voucher from Shutter Extreme Photography from Groupon a month ago, I called them and made an appointment for 13August 2015,I called them on the 12 August to ask if I should bring my own make up or they will provide,I called them over 5 times with no luck,I called them again on the 13 August from the morning until 3pm ,still no answer after leaving numerous messages,I then asked my husband to call them from his landline of which the lady finally answered and told him they are moving studios and will call him back to schedule another appointment.I called them again today (17/08/2015) to ascertain if we could schedule another appointment as I'm highly pregnant and would like to do the photoshoot before I give birth.The lady gave me an appointment for 27/08/2015 as according to her they have not settled in,when I asked her to send me their new address,there was suddenly network issues and she hung up on me,I called back immediately 5 times with no answer.Im starting to feel like a stalker,if we cannot do a photoshoot with them,we just want our refund,I'm now 38 weeks and can pop any minute,unfortunately,we cannot get hold of them
