Me, my fiance and daughter went for a photo shoot on the 29/10/2015. We paid in full and do not owe Odette, she promised that she has a turn around time of 1 week but that might be extended due to her work flow. OK I understand extending this to two or three weeks with communication and keeping your clients in the loop. She makes no contact and when I contact her she makes empty promises and ignores my emails. She then send me the incorrect contact sheets of some family on 18/11/2015 (How professional) I tell her that these are the incorrect pictures. She then send me the correct pic on 13/01/2016 (How many months later?) Wow!!!!! BUT TILL TODAY 24/02/2016 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRINT OUTS AND CD!!! Like what on earth is this woman doing? Taking our money and shutting up? No communication nothing! I have never seen such an unprofessional company/person in my life!!!!
