Disappointed and annoyed

We did our newborn baby photoshoot with Odette on the 11th of November 2015, to date we have not received our photos nor feedback as to why it is taking so long when we were promised 7 days turn around time, despite numerous emails and calls to the supplier. No feedback, calls are being ignored. <br> This is really disgusting and disappointing, especially since we didn't even go via Groupon but direct and paid in full.
