Refund

We went for holiday at Shumba valley,bar fridge was allocated was dirty, breakfast was horrible on the last day with staff shortage 145.00 didn't deserve it at all almost everyone was unhappy on the 27 Dec 2015 when we check out since we spent a weekend we got discount which to date has not been paid including breakfast money that we paid for the 27 Dec I would not leave this lying ,I am a consumer who is entitled to the best service at all times, I want my refund that include breakfast money that we paid and it didn't deserve the amount
