Disapointed with Shumba Logistics bus service

Good Day All.

I trust all is well.

I just want to share deepest heart break with Shumba Bus Service that enroute from Johannesburg to Gokwe mainly the conductor called Shadreck. I gave him my goods on the 16th of December 2019 but today as i am typing here the goods are still not yet in Zim at Gokwe centre. When asking him, he gave you aggressive responses and sometimes no answer at all.

I am writting this review to share my disapointment since i sent these goods as a Christmas present for my parents but i don't think they will get it in time. As you all know how hard things are in Zim especially for my parents who are not working. What i only ask is for Shadreck, and Shumba logistics as a whole to pay back these goods and the money i gave them for transportation. Thats the least i can expect now.. as for Christmas present, its gone.
