DISAPPOINTED AND BEEN ******.

I am very disappointed with the customer service received. In November last year I placed an order for original HP Laser cartridges and paid the full invoice before delivery. I received the cartridges and it was printing badly. Therefore I called my printer technician and he informed me that the cartridges ARE NOT originals but they are compatibles. I managed to send them back and still to this day I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDANCE from them since last year December. I have tried calling them and all numbers are invalid or not in service.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
