Shukela training centre

Highly dissatisfied with the way things are handled at shukela training centre mount edgecome. I have done a course with them in February and 3 months later they send me feedback saying all my documents are incorrect. I had to phone countless times to get feedback and finally when they decide to give me feedback all my stuff is wrong. Very poor service from this training centre and the staff don't care about assisting. Did anyone else have issues with them regarding your qualifications or any course you've done??? At the end of the day I'm upset because for something that could have taken a day to look at and give me deed
