Incompetence

In July 2014 I entered into a license agreement with Bezvest CC t/a Shroomz n Roomz and represented by Bez or Mitch Bezuidenhout to grow Oyster Mushrooms from my premises in Johannesburg. I have recently terminated this agreement due to serious breaches of agreement by Mr Bezuidenhout. Despite numerous requests and over the entire term of the agreement, he has failed to provide me with the agreed number of healthy, uncontaminated substrate, the growing medium for the Oyster Mushrooms and despite numerous requests he has also failed to make payment for Oyster Mushrooms delivered to his premises in Henley on Klip. He is never at his place of business and seldom replies to text messages or emails and never answers his phone or replies to messages left on his cell. I have made several requests for a face to face meeting which he either ignores completely or postpones indefinitely. Once he receives your license agreement fee his service is inconsistent at best and his constant excuses for non delivery are legendary. I don't know if he's running a **** or a Ponzi Scheme or if he's simply *********** and unable to manage a simple business enterprise. Beware, you have been warned.
