Worst customer service

I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service at this company. I called in to ask for a settlement letter and the consultant/call centre agent blatantly attacked me for no reason. I feel that this is black on black service and if an individual feels that they don't feel like working a specific day then should rather stay at home. It it totally unprofessional and uncalled for.
