Unproffessional *********** Amateurish LADY AT SHRIVES INCORPORATED representing EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

I have been calling and informing the company that they are sending text messages and emails of someone else to my accounts. this has been going on for while. I responded and it seems they just ignore my responses. in the morning 22/10/2020 I received treating text message on my personal cell phone. I immediately responded, called the number ***, spoke a lady, coloured, informed to update their records. At about 09:23 I received two treating emails in personal inbox. I return with a email and called back the ***. What a disgrace, what unprofessional conduct, the lady, a black lady, dropped the call and hang up on me. Now Shrives Incorporated what I received on your operations, is a mirror what your executive management displays. If you buy debt books and try to collect money, get your office in order, train your staff. Inform your Fochini Group whom you contracted that's how you business on behalf on them. Tell the Fochini Group you appoint people with no business attire, no training and executive reflection. Your front line staff and office is a disgrace.
