UNCOOPERATIVE

<p>I struggled to pay my Foschini account and my acccount was then handed over to Shrives. It has been a NightMare to deal with this company. They sending summonds letter claiming i refused to make payments and arrangements. My last payment was on the 25th May 2016. This month they did not debit my new account which i sent them the info and they confirmed. The principal debt does not reduce it remains the same amount even after making the payment when quering no one is looking into and give an explanation. At this rate i will not finish paying this account.</p>
