These people have an odd sense of superiority over clients. They talk down on people, never take accountability for any clerical mistakes and instead put the blame on you and do not hesitate to threaten your livelihood by suggesting they will call your employer should you not comply with their demands. A manager for their call center was throwing her weight around on the call demanding I pay more than I am choosing to telling me if I do not comply then she will call my employer and tell them how rude I was being lol.
