RUDE

I just spoke to a ronell visser at the above mentioned company. Lady is very rude, don't no why is she still in this company.<br> I explained to her that another company phoned me yesterday for the same reason, and I ask her how can I make arrangements with two companies for the same account, she couldn't answer me, with that been said I told her that I will make an arrangement with them and told her the amount that I can afford, without her even asking why can I only afford that amount, she said \we will summons you"and then drop the call. I phoned back and I ask her to put me through to her manager she then said \"" I am not gonna fight with you\"" and dropped the call for the second time. I mean is this really how you treat people?"""
