Pathetic service

I've been liaising with someone called Keketso with regards to a payment plan agreement, as per our discussion a confirmation letter had to be sent through which i never received, im still getting reminders to pay and bank charges, pathetic services since there's only one person dealing with an account and yet cannot even assist with basics!
