BAD SERVICE as per telephonic call,I agreed to make a settlement for R230 every month on behalf on my account,The consultant never explained that there's legal fees that needs to be paid..over a year paying and not receiving any statements.I just found out that theres legal fees now..

An *********** consultant trying to win some sale never explained abt the legal fees.Now I'm seeking clarity and who to blame about the policy not been explained,They can't assist and I got a rude customer
