Earlier this month I started getting messages from Shrives Law, about the BlueLabel account which I know to be with Alliance( to which I was eating for the settlement letter).

I called the Shrives Law guys and I was told it was now with them. On the 14th of May I Forwarded the email trail between myself and Alliance for them to send me the settlement letter, I spoke to Kgodis who asked for the email and promised to come back to me in the same week. I am still waiting for her call.
