DISASTROUS SERVICE

i had an extremely bad service with one of your agents today who is very rude. Instead of providing me with solutions, she was very rude and full of threats. I don't understand why you keep such ill-mannered people to work in a big company like yours. She kept telling me that she wants to knock off and I'm wasting her airtime when I was trying to negotiate how I can re-pay my account. She is so unprofessional and needs to take another career in her life because she can't talk with people. I need you to listen to my recording and assign my matter to a professional who is willing to listen.
