Rude employee, i get an sms on Wednesday regarding an account, i reply requesting for information regarding that account, then i get no response, on friday i get a final notice message threatening me about an summons or garnishee i called again requesting information about that account your employee told me they don't have such information, how can a company send you guys without having their information
