bunch of *********** people... the entire bunch need to be sent in for training!

everytime I call them they put the phone down in my ear or tell me they putting me through to someone they end the call.

extremely unhelpful! ive been dealing with them since last year december and still have not been assisted chilelo and Andries make promises to call me back and never do i had to call them countless times just to hear apologies and no solutions

I sent Andries my proof of payment in the beginning of January R6000 which is still not allocated to my account everytime i speak to him the excuse is Tfg has not gotten back to them.

as for chilelo she never gets back to me never had answers and was upset to hear that someone else has read me mandate and set up my debit order as she is supposed to apparently be the only one to handle my account absolutely ridiculous! its asif they fight for commission.

Today alone I spoke to 5 people and every single one ***********! innocent said he would get kylie to call me as my account is with legal he sent the text to her via thier group chat and said she responded saying she will call me back i have yet to recieve that call !

also i have them my debit order details and they read me a debit order mandate but did not debit my account last month as it should of been my first payment for R2000

somebody in charge needs to call me back with solutions ASAP!
